Richard and Deanna always work
 the colon, or belly (abdomin) area

is laying on their back.

A massage of the colon area is
 a great way to tone the muscles in
your abdomin. If done regularly,
 abdomen massage strengthens your
colon walls and helps loosen stagnant
 chime that's causing constipation.
